Energy Balls

I found this recipe on this fabulous blog!  Not only are they easy to make, you can make ahead and have them in the refrigerator to grab on the go.  They have been the perfect snack and also a great lunch on the go!  

Mix 1 cup oats, 3/4 cups shredded coconut, 1/3 cup honey,1/2 cup Peanut Butter,  1/2 mini chocolate chips, 1 tsp vanilla. 1 tsp cinnamon.  Refrigerate for 30 minutes then roll into balls.   photo signature-33.png
