Mama Jill, Papa M and I headed up to Glen Springs, NC for one of my brother's best friends wedding.  Knowing both the groom and bride very well along with most of the guests was a treat and made for a very special wedding.  It was wonderful to catch up with family friends and see everyone, but most importantly to see the beautiful bride and groom marry at a beautiful location.  The weather was wonderful with a cool mountain breeze and we had a blast dancing the night away.  I hope everyone has a wonderful week!

Father's Day Weekend

I'm headed to Greensboro for Father's Day weekend, spending the weekend with Family and especially Papa M.  My dad is my back bone, he is the one that pushes me to be a better person and to continue to push for what I want.  He is a fun-loving guy, who knows how to have a good time and makes a mean margarita.  Celebrating my dad on Sunday along with my two pawpaw's will make for a fun and busy weekend.  Loving Jana Kramer's new song, "Love."  Have a wonderful weekend!

Re-do

Soooo when a rack in my closet broke over two months ago and my sad attempt to fix it failed and I ended up injuring myself (reoccurring theme and luckily I have my tetanus shot up to date) my brother said he would fix it.  When I brought up the sad state of my closet, he told me to just get an idea of what I wanted and he and the guys would build it for me, and to quote he said, "Just look around on Pinterest."  I'm sorry, is he out of his mind, because clearly my mind went wandering allover the place and pinpointed on opulent, beautiful closets that may be wayyyyyy into my future (a girl can dream) but for now are not reality.  Above are some of my very tame closet pins that I am dying for, sadly I'm sure my bro would laugh in my face if I showed him some of these pics, so I have scaled my ideas way down, ummmm you're welcome!!!  Cheers to men who have no idea the power of, "just go look on pinterest" has and the trouble it will get them in!

I stumbled across Ashley Brooke Designs through her blog.  She has fabulous mugs with fun quotes, notecards, gift tags among many other fun designs available on her website.  My personal favorite is the "I woke up like this" coffee mug.  She has unique and cool findings on her website, great gift ideas and just fun girly things for yourself!
