Miami

My mom along with her friend Kim and I peaced out Thursday for Canyon Ranch in Miami (It has now been bought and is called the Carillon).  It was a weekend of working out, spa services, beach time and delicious dinners.  We focused on our fitness and just chilling.  We took some fabulous classes such a buff ballet booty, zumba, ballet barre and many more.  Our favorite instructor Paul encouraged us to have sparkling eyes, lifted hearts and to be graceful ballerinas.....we tried our best!  We ate at some fabulous restaurants for dinner such as Mr. Chow, Juvia and Prime Fish.  Juvia and Prime Fish were my absolute favorites-great atmospheres and meals!!  Mom's weekend was made when we attended one of the same workout classes as Joe Lieberman, she is a political junkie and literally went all fan girl over him!  It was a whirlwind of activity and another fun adventure with Mama Jill!

The Cayman Islands

The Cayman Islands were sooo magical and peaceful!  My parent's and I were in the Cayman's for a week of hot weather and fun in the sun!  We took a sunset cruise on a catamaran which was dreamy and gorgeous!  We also rented a jeep to tool around the island and discovered blow holes and took lots of pics.  We also ate at all of our favorite places such as Calypso Grille, the Grand Old House, the Lobster Pot and found new loves such as Seven and Agua.  I read lots of books while laying out on the beach and loved ringing in the new year island style!  Until next time sweet Cayman's......aka soon my friend!  Thanks to my parents for taking me-the three musketeers!
